BULA Fragrances – Refunds & Returns Policy

At BULA Fragrances, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality candles. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we also value fairness and transparency. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
You may choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Shipping costs originally paid at checkout are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email bulafragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.
To make a claim:

You must include photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Additional information may be requested.
We reserve the right to assess the evidence before approving any refund or replacement. Claims without sufficient documentation may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide a return shipping label to streamline the process.

For approved faulty or damaged item claims, return shipping will be covered by BULA.
4. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit or exchange options can be arranged upon request.
5. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit or replace any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that:
