BULA Fragrances – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from BULA Fragrances ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Carriers and Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, using the following delivery methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days depending on the delivery address.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Current rates are:

  • Standard Shipping: $15.65

  • Express Shipping: $19.25

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 AUD.

5. Local Pick-Up (Abbotsford, VIC)

We offer a local pick-up option from Abbotsford, VIC, by appointment only.

  • Customers must wait for a confirmation email with the designated collection time.

  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required at the time of collection.

  • Orders will not be released without prior confirmation and ID verification.

6. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. This number can be used to monitor delivery progress through the Australia Post website.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Please first contact Australia Post using your tracking number.

  2. If unresolved after their standard response time, please contact us at bulafragrances@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist further.
