2. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details upon successful purchase.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

  • No additional handling or packaging fees apply.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selection.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards.

4. Shipping & Pick-Up

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Available shipping methods: Standard and Express (Australia Post).

  • Local pick-up is available by appointment. You will be contacted by our team to schedule a time. Please bring a photo ID matching the name on the order. Items will not be released without matching ID.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property
